Hi, I’m Zena and I have spent the past thirty years working with Senior Leaders who want to transform Social Systems, Cultures, Communities and Organisations by making them more just, cohesive, equitable and eco-conscious.
I am an experienced teacher, writer, coach and systemic constellator in the lost art of Eldership and Culture Making. I’m the Founder of an International online Elders Community and offer Programmes and Exec Consultancy for Leaders and Organisations who want to create flourishing, human-centred, cohesive cultures for the benefit of future generations and the planet.
Zena was exceptional in holding a ‘safe space’ to enable me to explore my own story. I was able to clarify my purpose, my niche and a much clearer point of view, integrating my authentic self into my way of being

Here’s what I know:
- This Polycrisis can feel overwhelming. For many Leaders, facing these challenges in the workplace at the same time as the reality of managing aging parents, family bereavement and / or children leaving home, can be a tough call.
