About

Who AM I?
After eighteen years working for the organisations such as the Police and owning a Management Consultancy Company, I temporarily stepped back from Corporate Life and found myself in the Performing Arts World in search of my Authentic ‘Voice’. Crossing a terrifying threshold I exposed my deeper, inner musings to an audience on a theatre stage, performing a ‘One Woman Show’. I shared my stories of my own working class roots, my Vision for a Better World and the Journey of Transformation.
For years alongside my professional career, I had researched and explored the less conventional side of life, from Clowning Workshops to Standup Comedy and Psychotherapeutic Voice Work to Physical Theatre.
I finally had to admit to myself that perhaps a life of conformity wasn’t for me.
An inquisitive (nosey) soul, I’d always been inspired by people’s stories and ancestral histories and held a heartfelt belief that everyone I met had a unique and beautiful presence they brought to the world, although sadly, many were either unwilling or unable to fully live and embody it.
A twist of fate led to a re-opening of my love and connection to Community Spirit and awakened my curiosity in a Leader’s Authentic Power to transform organisations and society.
My work is deeply intuitive, somatic and relational and encourages a profound and deep connection to the self and the community, always honouring the past and the systems we’ve Belonged to.
Suddenly, I felt a powerful desire to discover my own Soul Purpose and how I could contribute to the evolution of this movement. I said “Yes” to the Quest and started to listen ‘Intuitively’ to what I needed to leave my unique legacy and fulfil my own destiny.
The Quest led me to a enigmatic teacher, Andy Logan, a Director of Praxis at Cranfield Business School, who taught me Mythology and Symbolism. Three years later I had the honour of working alongside him teaching Leadership Practice to Corporate Executives on the High Performance Leadership Programme.
I loved working with Leaders from across the world, acting as their ‘Guide’ and ‘Holding Space’ for them as they worked through their own personal transformational journey. But I began to notice that they faced a big challenge when returning to their everyday world. It was a challenge to integrate and embody this journey and how to emerge as an Authentic Leader.
Following my deep intuition I found the answer lay in Systemic, Morphic Field and Constellation work. Working with teachers John Whittington, Ty Francis, Barbara Morgan and Gillian Kelly, I became a Practitioner. Working with the Organising Principles of Systems has enabled me to Practice the ‘Art of Constellating’ to illuminate the complex, hidden patterns and loyalties in individuals and their organisations, which lie beyond our conscious awareness. This creates a powerful useful process that resolves the obstacles and and allows people to fully embody their wizardry and authentic leadership.
